Hao Tian Law Office was established as a private law firm in 1997 soon after private law firms were permitted in early 1990s. In the short history of private law firms, we have become one of the leading diversified law firms in China with extensive experience in all major areas of national and international practices. Presently we have more than 120 members, 19 of them are partners and over 80 are attorneys-at-law, patent attorneys and trademark attorneys, providing a broad range of expert legal services. Hao Tian is ranked one of the top law firms in China by its number of members, office space, diversified services, annual turnover and growth of turnover.
In 2000, three years after our establishement, we were awarded an honor of ¡°People Satisfied Leading-Law Firm¡± by Beijing Judicial Bureau and once again in January 2005 we were awarded ¡°Excellent Law Firms of Beijing¡± by Beijing Lawyers Association.
Our prominence are supported by our first class office environment with an office space of about 2000 sq. meters, equipped with advanced telecommunication and computer systems, which ensured our prompt quality services.
Our head office is located in Beijing in the Central Business District, where most multinational companies' headquarters are located. Our head office is adjacent to many world-renowned corporations and close to most of Beijing's governmental and judicial departments and organs. Our Shanghai office is located at MAXDO Center in the heart of the international business sector in China's fast developing city of Shanghai.
Our team of Chinese and foreign licensed attorneys, fluent in both English and Chinese, are highly qualified, graduating from prestigious law schools in China and abroad. They have vast experience working with foreign law firms and multinational companies. Some of them have been practicing law for over 20 years since the re-establishment of China's legal profession. Some of our lawyers have much working experience in court, procuratorate, public security bureau, legal research institute and government organs, such as China Patent Office, China Copyright Office. How We Charge
Hao Tian provides best service at reasonable fees, which are highly appreciated by our clients. Among top law firms in China, our fees are very reasonable. We charge according to the taste of clients: by hour, by fixed fee, by fixed fee plus hour, by successfulness, by compensation, by package, etc. Fees are also various by the qualification and experience of the lawyer as well as by the value of the case.
