They are also very strong in administrative procedure against infringement. Some of their cases have been referenced by legislators and reflected in the relevant legal interpretation, and some have been collected and published in many publications. 

Our patent attorneys and trademark attorneys specialize in the applications and prosecutions of patent and trademark as well as copyright and other matters thereof. We are designated by China Patent Office and China Trademark Office to handle patent and trademark applications and prosecutions. Our attorneys have very good background of education and have much experience and practice in patent and trademark field. Some of them have practiced for 20 years. Some are former-examiners of China Patent Office and former-official of China Copyright Office. The technical backgrounds of our patent attorneys cover electronic engineering, electrical engineering, mechanics, telecommunications, computer hardware and software, physics, chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, biotech, pharmaceuticals, etc. The good quality of our attorneys enable them to provide best service to their clients and their services are highly appreciated by clients, including world's leading corporations.

What should particularly be mentioned is our copyright service, which makes our firm very strong in the filed of intellectual property, due to the contribution of Mr. Ma Xiaogang, one of our founding partners, who worked as senior official for over 10 years with China Copyright Office and participated in drafting China Copyright Law. Besides Mr. Ma, we have other five attorneys-at-law focus on copyright service. We have provided extensive and substantial service on copyright in the past years and some of our cases have been referenced by legislators and reflected in the relevant legal interpretation.
