Hao Tian Law Office is a firm approved by the Ministry of Justice and China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to provide legal services on securities transactions, a core business of the firm. We have the certificate issued by CSRC to practice legal transactions on domestic issues of overseas companies, and the certificate approved by the Ministry of Finance to practice legal transactions on state-owned property rights.

Since its establishment, our Corporate and Securities Group supplies specialized legal services for clients on issues such as restructuring, issuing and listing, reorganization, M & A, etc..
