Our real estate practice is well-known in China's real estate area. Our major clients include banks, financial institutions, investors, property developers, selling agencies, contractors, equipments suppliers, estate management companies, government agencies, tenants, agencies of guarantee and individuals.
Our Group has been involved in numerous arbitration, lawsuits, and non-litigation legal cases. Our services include real estate, project development, project financing, mortgage, lease, and property management. In recent years, with regard to the situation of real estate development, we provide legal services for the developers ranging from real estate contract-signing, to real estate mortgage, etc..
At the end of 1997, our firm was retained by China Construction Bank as one of five law firms to conduct individual housing mortgage loan. We also made authorized agreements on individual housing mortgage loan with Beijing Bank of China, Beijing City Commercial Bank, Shenzhen Development Bank and China Minsheng Bank. At present, we have advised on more than 200 real estate deals in Beijing. Since 2000, we have conducted more than 50 real estate projects every year and the individual housing loan amounts exceeded two billion RMB.
Our Group is composed of 20 attorneys who have abundant experience and succeeded in handling many sophisticated real estate legal transactions.
